over 56 billion farmed animals are killed each year for food
over 80% of animal slaughter is caused by the meat, eggs and dairy industry
is this all even necessary?
we need to make an informed and educated change within ourselves now

dark clouds ahead, it’s been pouring here for centuries and decades
but i won’t give in, i will not give in
yeah the sun will always rise and tomorrow will come but the days aren’t getting easier
you put yourself in a hole, i’ve got the abattoir blues, you put yourself in a position you will always lose
they dug our graves but why do you choose to lie in it when you can rip up the roots from the soil and put an end to all of this
you damn well know right from wrong but you just choose to ignore it
i hope we’ll live to see a day death won’t be trivialised by greed
